Founded in 1988, Extended Aftercare has played an integral role in the recovery lives of thousands of men from across the United States.
As the largest private provider of extended care treatment for men in Texas, EAI offers Supportive Residential and Aftercare programming to clients suffering from alcoholism and drug abuse, as well as long term residential sober housing for program graduates.
EAI has built its success as a Sober Fraternity, focusing on the brotherhood of our recovering community and the depth of our alumni membership who remain connected long after their graduation from the program.
With a new executive and clinical team of dedicated Warriors, EAI is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services, and contracted with the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, and the Veterans Administration.
